The journey is now complete. Fareway Stores opened up its new concept store, cutting the ribbon in a small ceremony held on Tuesday in Rockwell City. The Jacy McAlexander Scholarship was announced, and the store’s grand opening is set for Wednesday morning. #LocalJournalism

🔥 Get hyped! 🔥 The South Central Calhoun Girls Basketball teamed up with us for this #iahsgbb State Tournament hype video, featuring addisyn, Emma Anderson, @SayerSteig and riley batta. The Titans (19-5) face Dike-New Hartford (22-2) at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

The Titans got the red carpet treatment from the Lake City Fire Department and the Lake City Police Department, followed their state sendoff on Tuesday afternoon.
