Wonder if they have reduced the carbon footprint of this by stopping production. Another thorn in the side of 🇬🇧 #agriculture. Big cartel driving prices up ⬆️

Same could be said for 🇬🇧! Most consumer goods could increase by such a small amount to cover #AGInflation that’s at its highest for years.

Anyone else fed up with adverts for #veganuary. Why aim to embrace a massive dietary change in a time of the year we have such a small amount of seasonal vegetables. Save the planet you shall not by increasing reliance on imports.

One of the merchants we deal with sent me this wonderful gift this month. Really useful, simple little knife that will no doubt get some use. Thanks Cefetra Grain William Hall for sending something so useful.

How many Regen farmers will be created next week? Diesel over £1/L, nitrogen pushing £700/t, I can see a lot of recreational cultivations and tillage being reduced for cover crops. Certainly not going to be a plough and combi drilling type of spring.

Finally! We can’t eat wildflower meadows, but we can use them to encourage beneficials where needed in field margins. We need to use productive land for feeding people.

I’m so pleased that CF Fertilisers UK got a bail out from the UK government to keep producing fertiliser for the zag industry. Where is the availability of product? Thank goodness the importers like Thomas Bell and Sons have kept us supplied!

Unbelievable that Guinness is actually cheaper per litre than diesel! Advert on the television last night it was £0.67 per can in @morrisons for 440ml cans making it £152.2 versus diesel! Crazy world we live in. What’s your mpg in Guinness?

We really do need this. If we can have a portal where the quality information for each load is available at tipping it will make it far more interactive between the consumers and farm.
