I am so proud of this Edmonton Elks team. There was so much *new* this season (myself included), a painful emotional upheaval two weeks ago, and we were still right in the playoff mix near the end. We're THIS close. The future of the Double E looks really, really good.

It was really special to spend some time in the minor football world Announcing for the final game of the Spruce Groves Cougars and Leduc Ti-Cats season! I know football is the "summer sport" but it always feels best in fall.

And just like that, my season with Edmonton Elks comes to a close. Getting to announce games for this team and community has been the gift of a lifetime and I truly, truly, cannot wait for 2026. I'll distill my thoughts down better tomorrow. But for now, I just wanna say thank you ❤️

Buck Martinez could be spewing the most insane lies about baseball history and I would believe every word. “And players used to have to walk uphill to Dodger Stadium and then swim across a small river because there we no roads” Id buy it. I love Buck.

The Carolina Hurricanes should have the best jerseys in the league with a sick name, the cheat code colour combo, and a supremely cool logo (the flags not the toilet bowl). Instead there is this. At least make your jerseys match one another.
