Good article - it's so frustrating to see how Councils are unable to differentiate between delivery drivers and regular cyclists. It's so obvious! It's just a lazy broad brush attempt to fix a problem. A bit more effort could target efforts and make an actual difference

Don't know anything about this story, bats or trains. But we could restore nature at scale & get better outcomes for a fraction of this cost. The UK chooses not to, making situations like this a regular occurrence. We could also change the law, but we don't.
