Phi I use a low dose patch every day, and have done for several months. Without it, I’m completely catatonic. On the few occasions I have forgotten to use one, i lose speech and cognition within a few hours. Vital at present.

Not that I would ever be able to afford it, but I've just been looking at multi-million euro villas for sale on Greek islands. I think I'd miss decent brown beer, the Lake District, and a local chinese takeaway, otherwise I'd be off tomorrow.
