SizewellC technology described in Telegraph by Kathryn Porter, energy analyst,as a retrograde step. There are better, faster, modern methods for both elec generation &transmission-pylons are also a RETROGRADE STEP Steve Reed Ed Miliband Nikki Maguire πππ Essex Suffolk Norfolk Pylons

What "golden age" Ed Miliband? Why be so over-the-top,why not just do a GOOD job for once? And listen to UK-wide constituents who consider pylons a retrograde step which will destroy countryside/farms/environment Nikki Maguire πππ Graeme Crook Essex Suffolk Norfolk Pylons Elizabeth Reynolds

Good to see this from Ben Goldsborough MP Transmission should be HVDC underground or offshore Too much ground-based solar youtube.com/watch?v=Y3m5bXβ¦

National Grid shows daily incompetence. Today a notice seeking landowner has been found in a village twelve miles from the landowner and about three miles from the pylons route National Grid UK Essex Suffolk Norfolk Pylons

So National Grid UK why do you think it's acceptable to send compulsory purchase letters to residents and then not be able to explain what it means or where the pylons might go? I've just spent 30 mins with a distraught lady talking her through things & telling her how to get help

This is exasperating Department for Energy Security and Net Zero because you could avoid the Β£4.2bn constraint costs by listening to local people and using an underground HVDC system for Norwich to Tilbury. thetimes.com/business-moneyβ¦

Exasperating Times 10/7 National Energy System Operator Can avoid Β£4.2bn constraint costs by listening to local people and using underground HVDC system for Norwich/Tilbury. Cost same as pylons (please ask to see our analysis) far quicker, and not resisted. This can be solved! Graeme Crook

If,over last 4yrs, Steve Reed MP ,govt listened to 10s of 1000s objectors to 1000s of pylons despoiling UK countryside&farmland, they may not now be subject to predictable, and expensive, delays.[Times article10/7] CAN b solved Nikki Maguire πππ Elizabeth Reynolds Fiona Curtisππππ§ SBolwell-Davies
