Do you have a habit of losing track of time? If I’ve got a call coming up: I open my Zoom room. Carry on working with the sound ON. When the person arrives, the Zoom doorbell rings. I get pulled out of whatever I’m immersed in. A tiny tweak but a game changer for being prepped!
