It was a pleasure to visit Texas A&M School of Law for the conference of the American Society of Comparative Law. I discussed my forthcoming paper on the dilemmas of US-EU digital regulation research, and the methodological specificity of the online market as a field of comparative study.

I thoroughly enjoyed this discussion at The Information Society Project. Thank you once again for inviting me! The paper on speech commodification and the consumption of social media services is on the way. Yale Law School @TulaneLaw

Thank you The University of Alabama School of Law for organizing the symposium where I discussed my paper on the fairness benchmark in algorithmic pricing. Deeply grateful to Jessica L. Roberts and Nate Oman for their thorough feedback, and to many others who contributed with their comments and ideas.

It was a pleasure to participate in a Max Planck Law panel on career paths in US legal academia. I joined great scholars and colleagues Claudia Haupt Russell Miller and Yvonne Tew in sharing experience on the academic job market and career opportunities. law.mpg.de/event/academic…
