C'mon, @United. Even the transportation secretary calls you all out by name. After being stuck in Houston with little info for 2 days, I have little faith in my upcoming flights with you. Not once was I able to connect with anyone online.

This is the only apology United Airlines CEO has issued in this whole cancel/delay debacle, and likely only because he got caught. I was one of thousands stranded overnight countrywide--without United assistance. Thankfully I was solo traveling for business, but others weren't so lucky.
