I'm slowly switching my side projects from GA to Plausible Analytics. The interface seems minimalistic but super efficient !

This weekend, a user tested a huge website on Qualitycs (Website performance monitor) which was a bit overloaded, but working. I wasn't really 10k+ pages websites to be tested with Qualitycs. Good lesson learned: Now it works better and faster with huge websites.

Last Friday, my app, Seety was featured on national French TV TF1. The name was never mentioned, it was only visible for some seconds on screen. The result was still a peak in new users: +1500 new users in 5 minutes! It seems TV is not dead yet. 🙃

I deleted a whole SQL table because my condition was wrong. Just to realise that my last (nightly) backup was 3 months old. That was a good reminder: Don't forget to check your backups and recovery plans ! 😉

Today, I discovered Timescale (now TigerData) . If you manipulate timeseries, it's super useful and easy. Postgresql never ceases to amaze me with all its extensions !

To people working with Calendly, Google Appointment, etc. to take appointments, what's your typical conversion rate ? I'm helping a guy who has lots of clicks to his Appointment page, lot of availability but nearly no bookings.
