I’m headed to Rochester to get an update on Mayo Clinic’s multi-billion dollar expansion. We’re ushering in the next generation of health care innovation - and creating union construction jobs along the way.

Minnesota is a top state for health care, thanks in part to Mayo Clinic.   Now they’re building a $5 billion expansion in Rochester where the lifesaving health care innovations of the future are going to happen.   Inspiring to see the progress today.

Trump's cuts to Medicaid would cost Minnesota $1.6 billion a year and make it impossible to deliver the health care Minnesotans need.   That's why we’re traveling the state, letting Washington know we won't let billionaires take away health care for kids and veterans.

I’m headed to the Moorhead area to talk about the infrastructure projects we’re funding to improve peoples’ lives. That includes cutting the ribbon on a brand new fire station and finding ways to mitigate the effects of extreme weather like flooding.

The numbers are in after yesterday’s tax deadline. Minnesota’s new Child Tax Credit delivered an average $2,400 back to working class families, benefiting nearly 400,000 kids. Regardless of Washington chaos, we’re still making Minnesota the best state for kids to grow up.

Folks in Moorhead don’t want their public schools defunded, their heath care stripped, or our veterans left behind. I joined our partners in the legislature for a town hall today to let Minnesotans know how we’re standing up to the Trump Adminstration.

Trump’s latest scheme to pay for tax cuts for billionaires:

Four years ago, I visited Dilworth to see for myself how the old fire station was putting safety for both our firefighters and the many communities they serve at risk.   In 2023 we got the money to make it happen, and yesterday we celebrated a brand new station.

The Dilworth Fire Station is a critical public safety project. We need another bonding bill this session to deliver necessary funding for infrastructure projects like this one. inforum.com/news/minnesota…
