Today, the island of Ireland raises a glass to a special 300th birthday: Arthur Guinness. Born in 1725, Arthur signed a 9,000-year lease on a small Dublin brewery. The stout he created went on to circle the globe, but the heart of the story is still here in Ireland’s capital.
