Sports Parents, when you take your kid off one team & put them on another strictly to increase playing time you’re not helping. What you’re doing is teaching your kid that when things get uncomfortable to run from competition & adversity. And that’s a losing recipe for life.

Your body language doesn’t just affect you. It also affects your teammates. This is why positive body language is so important. It helps you and your entire team reach peak performance.

If you're not willing to give solid effort during practice, why even show up? Going through the motions won’t help you improve. The purpose of practice is to improve, not just to show up and say you did it!
