I stumbled upon this scene on the Goat's Cove Trail along the East Coast Trail of Newfoundland. It was on the chilly side and a bit windy. Fortunately the atmosphere was plentiful. The sun was peaking through the branches of a tree as it cast it's golden light on the scene. It

An early morning scene of the massive Iceberg at Ferryland Newfoundland from last year. I had photographed this Iceberg the evening before. I returned the next morning unsure if it would still be there. It was a difficult scene to shoot in such low light as the Iceberg was

Last year I stopped into Salt Harbour Newfoundland to check out an Iceberg. The waves and atmosphere was outstanding! It was mesmerizing to watch the waves batter the Iceberg over and over. I couldn't have asked for better conditions!

It was quite a view as the sun began to hit the horizon gently colouring an iceberg with oranges and yellows. With plenty of atmosphere in the air it created an otherworldly scene. It was exciting to watch this unfold as the waves crashed against the iceberg below at Twillingate

Another atmospheric moment at Spillars Cove Twillingate Newfoundland. It was fun to watch the constant crashing of the waves against the Iceberg. It was one of my favourite mornings of photography in my life. Love this place!

A few years back a ship appears through the mist as an Iceberg was just off shore from the Fort Amherst Lighthouse in St.John's Newfoundland. I was packing up to leave when I noticed the light of a ship appearing through the mist. It's not everyday when things line up like this.

Some Icebergs just don't want to sit still. This was one of them. I captured this near Adams Cove Newfoundland as it was spinning and dancing along the coast. I managed to capture this scene before the iceberg decided to head off to the next community. It is amazing how fast

The Ocean was quite active on the first morning the Ferryland Iceberg found it's resting place. It was quite mesmerizing to watch wave after wave crashing along the shore with a massive Iceberg in the distance. Looking forward to seeing this again soon!
