I've just read Paula Lobo (Worth)'s draft chapter on early 1960s Britain for #ChangingHistoriesKS3 Yr9 'Fragile Worlds'.A stunning combo of climate history and social history:"Society is starting to crack like tree roots in the frozen ground".Story telling at its absolute finest.

Cat has been incredible in taking my vague pie in the sky idea and turning it into a reality. Please support Catherine Priggs LambHeartTea (she/her) Richard Kerridge Geraint Brown Kath Goudie and Tim Jenner with their History Half Marathon in honour and memory of the wonderful Helen Snelson.

We've got another team member - WillGHistory - who's coincidentally the person who had the idea in the first place! If you could spare a few pounds for our cause and to remember the wonderful and very much missed Helen Snelson we'd be over the moon 🙏🏻♥️
Happy publication day to Pete Jackson for his new Edexcel Weimar and Nazi Germany book. Pete has been brilliant to work with. Based around cog sci principles this is the only textbook on the market that accounts for the new content and assessment changes introduced this year.
Loved this 4 part documentary on Amazon. A brilliant look at the careers of Frank Bruno, Lennox Lewis, Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank against the backdrop of racism in Britain in the late 80s and 90s. Joshua Preye Garry -def worth checking out.
We are excited to introduce the contents of the second instalment in our popular Changing Histories series: Expanding Worlds c.1600 - c.1900 from Christine Counsell coming in Spring 2025. Have a look at what is covered in Expanding Worlds here: ow.ly/ctbe50TyXvz
