Been busy perfecting some of our recipes for when we can officially launch after this Covid nightmare. These are two of our dishes: “the Red Devil” and “meat-meet-meat”

The Gondola in all its glory, we are making a few adjustments while stuck in this lockdown period but you can rest assured it is still going to look amazing!

We use a wheel of Grana Padano to provide you with pasta using the traditional Italian technique of “dalla forma”, more commonly referred to over here as “cheese wheel pasta”. 🧀.

Our classic and mushroom magic dishes. Simple cheesy joy or that same cheesy joy with added wild mushrooms, onions and green mojo sauce. What would choose? #cheese #streetfood
