Has anyone used Micromanager to run a Thorlabs motorized filter wheel, specifically FW102C? I feel like it should work but wasn't immediately finding a driver, and we don't have one in hand to just test.

Anyone out there have insight into making simple FLEX/DIO plasmids? I have one DIO-mTagBFP2 plasmid that works great, but an identically designed DIO-EGFP does not work at all (ie, no Cre-dependent expression). Is there some nicety to the design that is a trade secret?
