In 2024, Coleman Hatchery released 11,966,123 #salmon into the Sacramento River between March 21st and May 10th. Of those ~12 million fish, 7,174,000 were released into Battle Creek w/ another 854,000 trucked 75 miles downstream after a 3-year study proved a 15X higher return.
