The PA and Chiu Teng had build a sheltered Linkway with punch plates (sharp edges) and 2 elevated staircase (14 Steps) not user friendly not following the natural ground level. Now trying to amend by providing screeds and built a ramp but still not trolleys friendly.

Finally the the existing concrete footpath is reopened for public use with covered walkway after the completion of manhole construction. The steep stairs and ramp will be demolished. As a reminder to all designers and contractors it is important to comply to BCA code as stated.
