My correct take is that South Indian asses have a superiority complex culture wise over NI and North Indian asses think NI culture is the only Indian culture that exists/ matters and refuse to ack/ respect anything that doesn't fit that. Both sides being asses is key.

All these "quit your job" people : some of us can't just quit our jobs and make the next month work. Good for you if you can, but sometimes we are forced to be in situations that we understand are toxic.
