USDA approves shorter GM corn. The Smart Corn System is designed to produce 30% smaller corn with the same yields. The plant is shorter and can tolerate strong winds that damage crops. It also makes it easier for farmers to apply inputs. feedandgrain.com/grain-handling…

And thats a wrap! Had to wait an extra 4 months to dress up in the medieval cape and hat, but nonetheless I’m PhDone. The culmination of some of my craziest years on this planet. Thank you to my super supervisory team, and everyone else who’s been apart of this journey. 🎓
