It's only been a few weeks, but we're still thinking about our study-abroad trip to Ireland over this past winter break. The two-week program was on Irish Folklore and Culture and took students from Wexford to Mayo to Dublin City and we can't wait to go back!

Thank you so much to Andy Kolovos from the Vermont Folklife Center for visiting our Folklore Theory and History class yesterday! It was an insightful experience hearing about his archivist work and the history of folklore archiving. We hope we'll have a chance to see him soon!

Our suggestion: if you're already getting a bachelor's, you might as well get a master's in folklore in reduced time at a reduced cost.
