Taking the time to get some R&R on a rota day before the duty weekend. Blessed to have this at the bottom of the garden to get some head space and set direction. #balance #peacefultillthekidsfindme!

Outdoor fires can lead to a wildfire. Some are started deliberately. If you have information about deliberate fires, report it anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. It’s a criminal offence and impacts your fire service, your community and your environment #WildfireAware

Great work by Chris Flood. Something that stated off at Blackley, moved to Philips Park and now Gorton. Shaping the next generation of students to support our community. Keep it going Chris 👏👏

Absolutely brilliant day over at the Matlock RUFC for their rugby festival with Rebecca Weate. So proud of Ellis’s attitude and performance today, dug deep and put 110% into every game with his team throughout all 6 games! Scored 11 tries (at a £ a try) #prouddad #teamwork

If someone else falls into the water – Call, Tell, Throw. If you see someone in trouble in the water, remember this lifesaving advice. - Call 999 - Tell them to float on their back - Throw something to help them float #BeWaterAware #RespectTheWater
