Anyone else thinks this is signal for a GPT-5 announcement in a few weeks? A year ago the gpt-3.5-turbo release preceded gpt-4 by a similar timeline.

From our preliminary testing, GPT-4o is maybe 5-10% better than Claude Opus, which is huge given the 3x cost difference.

I really don’t understand how Deepseek made R1 without doing a single podcast appearance

Used DeepSeek to find hot pot base in Oakland Chinatown today. It recommended a Korean grocery store that had it in stock. Tried ChatGPT and Perplexity, and both led me to grocers that did not offer it.

Existing form software did not meet needs on our end (we have complex questions) - decided to build my own form software. Got it working in 2 hours with Claude code with a full DB setup, auth, nice optimized UI, etc. Makes me question a lot of existing SaaS purchases we make.
