Big surprise (not)! The year on year increase in the number of fit notes signed by GPs has gone up by 7% in just the last 12 months, according to NHS Digital Source. Inevitable consequence of asking completely the wrong group. GPs CAN’T police this & be the patient’s doctor.

My best friend (a doctor) unwell & breathless, was on the phone with him last night trying to work out if he needed admission, my wife and I are expecting to be back on the wards any day. There are people out EVERYWHERE. GO HOME! So many construction workers, kids in playgrounds!
