Bug fix: Professional plan users will now see the correct plan listed in Account Settings. The display was incorrect before, but the underlying plan status was always accurate. ✅

Tracker Blocker fix: The GMass Tracker Blocker extension is working again. It prevents you from triggering your own open tracking when checking Sent mail. It had been inactive for about a year — now fully restored and updated. ✅

Bug fix: The “Opens by time” chart on single-campaign reports now loads correctly even if you’re not logged in. A time zone handling issue was causing errors—now resolved. ✅

Bug fix: The Spam Solver now loads correctly when your Preview Text contains an apostrophe. The apostrophe was causing the tool to fail — this is now resolved. ✅

From Address Replacement update: For users sending through the GMass SMTP server without DKIM, alias From addresses are now replaced correctly. The replacement is now based on the actual From address used in the campaign (not the Google account’s main address).

Bug fix: Requests to use the GMass in-house SMTP server had been failing since Nov 7 due to a code issue. This has now been resolved. ✅

GMass had 17 minutes of downtime today, lasting from 16:09 to 16:26 GMT time. Sorry about that. All campaigns that were sending during this window resumed sending shortly after the downtime period.

GMass was affected by the Cloudflare outage this morning. Our main site, plus parts of our blog, were down for a total of about 30 minutes, scattered over a couple of intervals.

Dashboard update: Current + Previous campaigns are now in one improved view with better search, sortable columns, color-coding for recurring/paused/next-to-send, cleaner chips, no more social buttons, and filters that remember your preferences.

AI Templates: You can now use AI to generate or edit custom HTML templates for newsletters and campaigns. 🧠🎨 Describe your layout, colors, or sections, and GMass will build it instantly—no fixed gallery required. Perfect for designed emails, not plain-text outreach.

New feature: Open Tracking Hardening 🔒 Prevents you from triggering your own opens when viewing sent emails in Gmail. It swaps your SENT-folder pixel with a dummy one—recipients still get normal tracking. Enable it under Dashboard → Settings → Other.

For “Open Tracking Hardening” to work, GMass needs delete access on your Gmail. Here’s why: it sends your email, DELETES the original from SENT, then re-inserts a copy with a dummy pixel so opens from your SENT folder don’t trigger the real tracking pixel.

Bug fix: When using a Google Sheet with Cc or Bcc columns, campaigns now work even if your Subject or Body also contains “Cc:” or “Bcc:”. 🛠️ Those strings no longer break Cc/Bcc personalization.

Label improvements: Custom Gmail Labels applied to a campaign’s Draft will now reliably apply to all Sent emails in every sending scenario — including SMTP sends and “create Drafts first” workflows. Labels now work consistently across the board.

In 22 minutes, we have to take GMass down for 5 minutes for a required AWS maintenance procedure.

Bug fixes: The Dashboard Search now works reliably. 🔍 Previously, searches with apostrophes or when sorting by the Polls metric could throw an error and fail to show results. Both issues are now fixed.

Bug fix (v6.0.42): When loading a template, Preview Text and Friendly Name now apply correctly without needing to edit the fields first. 🎯 Previously, they wouldn’t carry over unless you changed them. This is now fixed.

GMass experienced a sending delay starting at about 12:30PM Eastern time today. The delay lasted about 60 minutes. All is back to normal now.
