GSQIA 💙 There’s no doubt that commitment to quality improvement is linked to higher quality care. This underlines the leadership role of boards in this area and the need to build collective agency for change and improvement with entire teams and not only “formal” leaders #QIHour

GSQIA 💙 I think the way we use term is limiting as its typically seen as for an elite few who have been trained in formal methodologies (& perhaps don’t ultilise) as opposed to building capacity &capability (there’s a difference) within teams so that QIs an intrinsic role for all #QIHour
