This is what happens when you have influx of students into communities, of course it has its positive sides. But I can confidently say that a lot of increased property rentals in Ho is predominantly due to students. Young people with free money have no time to bargain.

Ho hasn’t been this expensive. Now everything is running wayward. Food prices, house rentals and even alcohol. But I’m glad a place like Nogora has a whole economy built around students presence. Hopefully UHAS should also be able to build hostels for their students soon.

Another new economy that can rise from such venture. It’s is here to stay. We will survive.

I’m tempted to believe that lots of folks these days in the entrepreneurial ecosystem aren’t building products or services to solve ideas. They are just consumed with the entrepreneurial identity and also engage in entrepreneurial lifestyle, the circus
