Property prices in 🇨🇭Switzerland have shown steady growth over decades, both nominally and in real terms. But rental yields remain low: H2 2022: 2.88% H2 2023: 3.06% H1 2024: 3.05% H2 2024: 3.04% H1 2025: 2.96% Swiss property is a bet on capital appreciation, not rental yield.
