Did you know that Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand?🥊 As part of our exciting arrival week, Global Grads learnt the basics of Muay Thai with some professional fighters! Complete with a conditioning session and speed boxing competition.💪🏼💪🏼

Food is is an important expression of cultural identity! So we decided to go one better than eating it - learn to cook it ourselves!🤤 We explored the markets before cooking up a few traditional Thai dishes of pad Thai, khao soi, coconut milk soup and many more!🍜

Some of our Global Grads headed off to Elephant Nature Park for a week of volunteering! 🌍🐘 Gaining and sharing knowledge about the conservation of these gentle giants is the best way to protect them from the cruelties that the tourism industry can bring. Have an amazing week!

Following the government announcements, Gusto Homes have closed all our construction sites for normal production. We have resources which are available to help key services through volunteering and are keen to play our part over the next few weeks.

All good things must come to an end!🌎 Although our South East Asia semester was cut short due to current world events, we are so grateful for the amazing time we did spend together! We made the most of this experience and created memories that will last forever!
