Over the weekend, Israeli air strikes hit families in tents, a food kitchen, a water point, a prayer site and a school shelter. Israeli forces killed over 140 people, including 3 Palestinian Civil Defense staff who were reportedly targeted when they arrived at the scene to help.

Palestinians are saying that once Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip ends, the next war begins: the healing of the physical & psychological wounds inflicted on the besieged population, esp its children, whose lives have been marked by protracted exposure to trauma. A 🧵

Work is underway to expand our field clinic in Gaza. What began as a medical point with one doctor in response to the deteriorating health situation has evolved to 6 healthcare workers consulting roughly 600 patients/week, providing free primary care and medication to IDPs

Footage taken by our staff member at Al Aqsa Hospital shows that patients and IDPs have abandoned their things while fleeing after new evacuation orders were issued. Though it shouldn't have to be said it clearly bears repeating: hospitals are NOT legitimate targets.

Our dedicated staff at Glia's Field Clinic helped launch the polio vaccination campaign in Gaza today, but in order to successfully administer the vaccine and address all health needs in the Gaza Strip we need an immediate cessation of hostilities. Too many lives are at stake.
