As Michael Cohen hits the witness stand today, let’s not forget that the prosecution didn’t pick Cohen as a witness - Donald Trump did. Trump chose Cohen to be his criminal associate - his co-conspirator - in their scheme to unlawfully influence the 2016 presidential election.

The federal law requires a judge to recuse/remove herself from a case in which her “impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” (28 USC 455). Time to remove Judge Aileen Cannon & replace her with a fair, impartial, independent judge. Because #JusticeMatters
