Buttoning up my part of the Nadu conversation: The issue is not what the goals of the card or the change were. That stuff happens all the time--we consider as many audiences as possible with every product (to varying degrees). I promise MH3 has plenty of content for Modern. 1/2

A lot of people have asked, so here’s the stat. In the last week of sets we, on average, make 30-50 mechanical changes. Last minute changes cause a card that needs to get banned around once every 3-4 years. #WotCStaff
