I see a lot of GAA running programs following a pyramid style: Starting with 800m ➡️ 600m ➡️ 400m ➡️ 200m ➡️100m ➡️50m ➡️20m with all runs at maximal intensity. This makes no sense to me unless the rationale is to expose the athletes to sprints in a highly fatigued state. 1/2
