It is NOT OKAY. Russia is waging a war of aggression both Finland and Lithuania condemned as criminal. EU directive (2011/95/EU) provides protection for those who are persecuted for refusing to take part in actions that violate international law.

A collective indictment of 140+ million people by an EU official. Those who started a war, Ms Kallas, freely move and enjoy hospitality in Europe. Instead of punishing perpetrators, you are fueling their propaganda. Just shameful.

Last I checked, collective punishment wasn't on the art 2 TEU list of values of the European Union. Respect for human dignity, freedom, and human rights was. Leaving moral and humanitarian considerations aside, this is just counterproductive populist policy rooted in helplessness
