Spent the day assisting the Glasgow City Heritage Trust Trinity College grantees with their GlasgowDoorsOpenDays tours. With the scaffold dropped you can see the extent of the external conservation repairs but not the steel stent inside which now helps support this icon on #Glasgow’s skyline 👀🤔!

Out and about for ICE' guided walk of Glasgow's over the Clyde for GlasgowDoorsOpenDays. 🌉 Something I hadn't really considered til now: 𝘸𝘩𝘺, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 & even 𝘩𝘰𝘸 each one was made to span the river all has a story to tell about the city and its priorities of the time.
