"Your role is not who you are, and it's not what you are capable of. It's what your team needs you to do to win. It's not a limitation." A good teammate will never be defined by their role. A good teammate will be defined by their willingness to excel in that role.

In practice: -most players work hard. -most players communicate. -most players bring energy and enthusiasm. -most players compete. Doing all of this just makes you like most players. What are you doing outside of practice to separate yourself from most players?

Coaching is hard, but being a coach's spouse is often harder. They’re the emotional rock, the cheerleader, and the anchor in the storm. They put up with a lot. They are the true MVP in the life of a coach!

"I would rather lose than watch kids play the way some kids play. They are always thinking about themselves. Me..me..me...So recruiting kids that love life and love the game and have a tremendous appreciation for when their teammates do something well- that's hard -really hard."

Its crazy to see how many people hardly play or don't really seem to impact their current level, who want to transfer to step up a level as they believe "they are too good for their current team". If you aren't winning awards at your current level (AT LEAST All-Conference) how

There’s no place like Hermann Stadium. Once again…Power “3 or 4 or whatever number” does not equal fans or atmosphere. COMMUNITY, CULTURE, CHAMPIONSHIPS are what makes the environment special.
