Best patient complaint ever. Patient phones for home visit which is declined. So comes into surgery to abuse receptionist F2F and to lodge formal complaint. 🤷‍♂️

Case of the day. 16 yo patient with likely ADHD. Due to symptoms excluded from all schools. CAMHS say without school report cannot be diagnosed/treated. Patient told to wait until 18, and then referred to adult service (whose w/l is 3 years). Anyone think this is a farce????

You cannot inspect quality into a system. CQC has cost £230Million with no increase in quality of services. They cause distress, depression, and reduction in morale of NHS workers. CQC and the inspection regime was always the wrong answer and should be closed down #ThisMorning
