Why does Fox continue to show useless video while the host is talking. ie the Five today ?

Why does FOX news continue to tell us Democrats are fighting for causes that polling shows them well behind? Could you go for one week without showing a poll? Let them figure it out in maybe 2055?

Can someone explain to me why every single program on Fox News tries to figure out why the democrat party is so dysfunction? To me it seems they are trying to help them.
