It saddens me that I will be unlikely to do any more tasting sessions this year. 😔 It's been months since I shared the love. Maybe time to do some online events for fun.

I've been unable to do any #gin tastings in over a year now. Sadly much of my stock of various tonics has past its best before date. I guess I will be drinking a lot of gin myself to make best use of it. However, the main thing is to remain safe and well. Be careful people.

Two years ago today I did one of my largest #gin tasting events for 85 people. I did a final one two days later for around 30 and haven't managed any face to face since. Maybe one day?!

A new bottle of Four Pillars Shiraz #gin. Until now only available via Amazon, but I got a tip off that Waitrose & Partners are stocking it. Nearest store over 100 miles away, so a very dear friend sourced it. I had one pour left in the previous bottle, for emergency use only. 🤣

Thanks to Helen McGinn for the recommendation. This 'Pocket Negroni' is quite spectacular. Made using Porter's Gin too. It packs a lovely punch, but like any good #Negroni should be sipped. #cocktail #gin #gincocktails
