The biggest threat to mental health in this country isn’t ‘too generous’ benefits discouraging work. It’s a cruel, dehumanising system that treats people as worthless for being workless, leaving many oscillating between utter despair and hypervigilant brown envelope terror.

This is a shameful straw-person attempt to divide and conquer the many while the few get to keep their snouts in the trough.
