This is so wrongheaded. Horror has always been a genre on the margins. Lower budgets, lesser-known stars, more extreme stories. Breakouts should be celebrated but not overemphasized. Treating it like a four-quadrant game is how you kill a golden goose. hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-f…
