Great 24 hours in Philadelphia. Honored to speak at the The Philadelphia Citizen Ideas We Should Steal Festival. I had to incorporate the Philadelphia Eagles win and my son into my talk about an inclusive clean energy workforce.

Dr. J (Julius Dr J Erving) is my favorite athlete of all time. One of my earliest memories is going to the 1983 Philadelphia 76ers championship party in Philly with my dad. Grateful my son got to meet him and give him his flowers. True legend. Class personified. 🐐 #Sixers

It’s been a tough week for the solar industry. But moments like this remind us why our work matters. We partnered with Howard Univ’s Early Learning Program to teach 3–6 yr olds, like Isabell, about solar + EVs. Big thanks to Wow Wheelz for the kid-sized EVs!

Being the only person of color in the room isn’t empowering, it’s exhausting. Real change happens when those w/ power speak up. We’re in unprecedented times that demand bold leadership. Honored to speak at the WRISE formerly WoWE conference on the power of male allyship.
