So many of our PLHIV clients and other community members fail to get adequate nutrition; please donate so we can ensure that they are provided for in the holy month of Ramadan!

The community needs your support more than ever. Violence is increasing, and our sources of income are fast disappearing because of bigotry and hate being spread against us Help out in any amount you can, the entire khawaja sira community will be so grateful for your support.

Karachi (22.02.23): DG Health & Director CDC chaired the handing over ceremony of 500 boxes of rations to PLHIV in the transgender community for Ramzan. This is a step to safeguard the welfare of a vulnerable community & the meeting discussed other avenues of help as well.

We have helped more than 500 khawaja siras so far, providing them with ration for the month of Ramadan. But we're nowhere near our target of helping the entire community. Donations are open throughout the month, please donate whatever you can and retweet this for reach!
