Girls Cricket 🏏 The u13s travelled to Friends’ School Lisburn today to compete in a Super 8’s Competition. Excellent captaincy on display from Libby Lasini throughout, whilst Sacha Hewitt and Aoife Moore were particularly impressive in the field. 👏

Congrats to Y10 footballers Hannah McKinstry, Ellie Tohill & Caitlin Shields, each of whom have been selected onto the N.I. U15 Training Squad. The girls gained selection following participation in the National Performance Programme, followed by a series of trials. Well done!

Well done to footballers Calum Anderson, Jake Drennan and Ollie Peoples, each of whom have been selected onto the Co. Down U16 Premier Section Team for the SuperCupNI ‘24 Tournament, which takes place this July. Congratulations to all three boys on this impressive achievement!

Girls Cricket 🏏 The u12s took part in the NCU Super 8s Competition yesterday playing against Friends’ SL, Wallace HS, Strathearn and Regent HS. The girls had a fantastic time, getting to display the skills they have been developing all year. Well done! 👏

Boys Hockey 🏑 Congratulations to Tom McMullan (Yr 9) who, having scored over 40 goals for GGS this season, has been selected for Ulster Hockey u13s. They are travelling to Beeston Hockey Club in Nottingham this weekend to compete against regional teams from across the UK. 🔴⚪️
