The booking agents have circumvented the 72-hour ban by setting up numerous different accounts so they can keep refreshing their screens. So normal people are getting blocked by the 72-hour ban but the agents are still able to do their thing.

We tore 300 pgs worth of print outs of docs required by US Embassy for Dropbox appts as per website. They literally took only 5 pages of documents and returned all of them with the passport. What a wastage of paper! Since these are sensitive docs, we cannot even recycle them!
