Just flew 2 hours next to an unaccompanied 5 year old minor on Southwest Airlines She spllled three drinks, dropped a bag a watermelon all over the lady next to her and refused to stay in her seat. Should not be allowed!!! Just saying.

Failure is an event, not a person.

It makes me sad when a teacher assistant says “I’m just a para” when they introduce themselves to me…we CANNOT do our jobs without support staff. They are the backbones of our schools. No one is “just” anything on your staff. Make sure your support staff feel encouraged & loved.

The couple sitting next to me on this plane just wiped down their seats, tray tables, seatbelts and monitors with alchohol wipes - I just ate a jelly bean off the floor that dropped out of my bag!
