So in the scientific society of my university I have a plan: to send at least 4 abstracts at the Autoimmune Neurology Summer Conference, We have the ideas and the team to do them, we just gotta work hard this week 💪🏾

Even while being mentored, look for opportunities to mentor others. This can be informally through peer mentorships or by taking a more active role in teaching, tutoring, or guiding students. This will help you reflect continuously on your leadership and mentorship style.

Inspired by my dear friends Mattia Rosso and Daniel Moreno-Zambrano, I wanted to take a bit of time this post-AANAM afternoon to talk about what makes a good mentee! Most of this is in the context of research but applicable to most mentor-mentee relationships!

Thank you #AANAM for giving me so many wonderful friends and memories, and for the incredible sense of community. I also presented some of my work today and it makes me so happy!
