'Long Shot' LSK109 pushes Fire Monkey's performance on a re-used MIN106D flow cell Oxford Nanopore (which yielded 22 Gb on 1st run) after 6hrs. N50 increased by ~17% and 100kb+ reads were more than doubled. Optimisation is now under-way!

Input average at 115kb (Femto Pulse). Pores at start: 1273, after 29hrs: 52, after nuclease flush: 878. So more nuclease flushes for us from now on.

Compared to same sample input for Fraction B only, at 48hrs, no nuclease flush we get (at Q11) ~3Gb, N50: ~53KB and ~2000 100KB+ reads.
