In addition to looking at recruiting players who have huge endurance in their carry to still have a powerful shot after, we look at players insistent on attacking space with direct intent. Very targeted couple of traits to improve how we attack space.

Louis Zecevic John is one to look out for absolutely- really excited about what he can do

The player has plenty of talent to keep you busy talking for hours but the cultural healing his signing represents could be something that means more. One of the leagues best decision makers in transition & potent shooters outside the box. A true playmaker with 360 vision.

Sooooo Will Wright, Marcel, Victor, and Agustien in a couple days? People’s perception of our youth recruitment gaps need to be updated- doesn’t ignore the loan development and player profit sale improvement we can have but us not being able to recruit to talents? No chance.

The fee represents kind of player you’re getting solving a couple problem areas for us: - Excellent turning transitions after a long carry into a powerful shot - Unbiased overlap either side to push wingers inside - Mentally selfish to score & relentless wanting to attack space

There’s not a ton of structural take away change but I was quite happy to see us turn the dial a bit to the “vertical” side being more willing to go directly into our attackers. Broadly tho was just nice to see the boys again :) Looking forward to catching more tactical tweaks.
